It doesn't sound like it has any meaning to me. If you considered them both as conjugated verbs (commands here) you could use it in contexts like this.
No existe un reloj que dé vuelta atrás...
Sonríe, vive, ama, crece,disfruta, grita, llora que la vida es una sola
