Are you asking how to say what is your name or what is your number? 
I will give you both answers on this occasion but would you please write your questions more clearly in future 
You should also put in a search for questions because many questions like these ones have already been asked many times before
What is your name? You can say either:
= ¿Cómo te llamas? when asking a child /someone younger than yourself
¿Cómo se llama Ud? when asking a stranger/someone older than you.
What is your favourite number?
= ¿Cuál es tu número favorito?
