reflexive verbs in perfect tense

Hola
I wonder how can I form the perfect tense with reflexive verbs. I am confused where I should place the reflexive verb.
If I have the following sentence, me levanto a las seis, how can I form it to perfect?
Does the pronoun me precedes the verb levantar or the verb haber?
