Virginia is a beautiful state. The App. Trail runs the whole length of it, following the Appalachian Mountain range of which the Blue Ridge are a part. If you don't feel like hiking you can drive the Blue Ridge Pkwy to Skyline Drive!. Gorgeous :) - ajaks, Feb 2, 2012
