is "qué " use for all 5w 1h question? for example when i say ¿qué ? i could be mean why, what, how?

Not.. much of the time means "What". Never means Why and just in the question: How old are you? (¿Qué edad tienes?) means how.
Note: Look the dictionary. -.-
