The post "What can i do to be able to speak fluently?" Was closed and no additional comments are allowed. I was wondering, why? Does anyone knows?

I agree with Nikki's apt response which is more than likely true since I have seen this same question pop-up with great frequency and Heidi and the Admin team expect people to do a search and view the previous answers rather than duplicating questions.
