How is this used? I don't know that there is an established Spanish phrase for "snow camp." It certainly isn't common in English. The only time I've ever heard this phrase in English was in reference to a tiny community of that name located at a crossroads in rural North Carolina.
I suppose you could say "el campamento de nieve."
