i saw a quote that said , "sigo emo", but emo was written in capital letters.

EMO could mean anything if it is written as an abbreviation or acronym.
"Sigo emo" literally means "I follow emo."
Perhaps it could be slang or short text message for "Me sigo emocionado." Meaning "I am still excited."
"Emo" is also a type of music, specifically hardcore punk or indie rock that developed in the mid 1980s in the United States, particularly Washington D.C.
