How can you learn Spanish? Well, we have many resources that you can use here and the good news is that they are all free 
You have not indicated your level of ability in Spanish but from your question I would guess that you are a beginner which is fine! We have all been at that starting point before which can be both exciting and scarey at the same time since there is so much to learn and we often want to learn it and know it all.... Now!
But take your time and enjoy the journey here with us towards your goal of learning to speak Spanish. We are all here to help and encourage you.
May I recommend that you begin by listening to the Spansih teaching videos which help you when you know little or nothing about Spanish and give you a good, basic foundation for learning!.Here is a link:link text

Just start! Use more than one source and never feel stupid. The only folks how should feel stupid are those who never try. Talk to people whenever you can. Buy books, watch spainsh tv, if you have the money take classes or get rossetta stone. I have rossetta stone but I still use other things to help me like spanishdict.com and a few spanish grammar books.
Travel also helps alot!
