I would say the first one is the only feasible option. Although a bit of a strange question. The other two verbs cannot be followed by "a".
¿Aprendes a leer tu sobrino? = Are you learning to read your nephew?

None of those make any sense to me with the s on the end in that form. Though one would if it didn't have the s on the end.
