I think everyone here is still learning... Otherwise we wouldn't be here. After all, it is a learning site. Besides, if you don't know a language as your native language, even if you become "fluent" you will still always be learning. How long it takes you to become fluent really depends on how much effort you put into it and how much you really want to learn.

How long did it take you to learn English?
Did you have to learn more English in school than you learned before you started school?
Whatever your answers, it will take at least that long to learn Spanish, and probably longer, depending on your age.

you're constantly learning new things you never stop. i learn new vocabulary in english daily.
