Does this NOT read "y que me dices tú" as in "and that you say to me you" ? and how would you translate this portion of the vowel sound, lol.

Salió la u, salió la u

y que me dices tú (bis)

salí en mi bicicleta y llegué al Perú

salió en su bicicleta y llegó al Perú
