Translating some Adele.
I'm grouping a song.... that's translated in english from spanish, to understand the grammar and how a native spanish speaker interprets the words I know so well from a song that I'm fond of, then I'm bracket the phrases to see how they work (while gaining new vocabulary)
My question is..... how does "Como sea que me mires" translate into "Whenever you look at me" (not to be literal, but as far as the translation, in that context from which it is derived).
P.S - there is a comma then it goes into saying "desearías que fuera ella" (which I understand completely.)
Please be sure to add accents as needed if any are missing, that's obviously vital. gracias antemano.

I think ''como sea que me mires'' is literally saying ''however it might be that you look at me'' which some people would easily translate to ''whenever you look at me.'' Both translations have the same idea.
