What is the gym activity "spinning" called in spanish ?

In my Spanish run gym in Spain, simply "spinning" or "clases de spinning"

I agree with Szsweet...on my gym's website they advertise "Clases de Spinning." If the person you are talking to doesn't understand, you could explain using the phrase "bicicletas estacionarias," which means stationary bikes.
