I've heard people say English is the hardest language to learn and I've heard people say English is the simpliest language to learn. I want to hear from the SpanishDict communnity. Is English the easiest or hardest to learn.

Both are correct.
English is easiest to learn - as a native language.
English is the most difficult to learn - as a foreign language.
