Which of these sentences is correct?

A pesar de no ser capaz de pasar tiempo con mi hermano, quien es como un mejor amigo a mi, quiza tendria tiempo para mi misma para mimarme

Neither of the two quite makes sense to me, in fact.

First of all, while people do use the form "que es como un mejor amigo", Q is right: it is more correct to use "quien es como un mejor amigo"

In any event, when I read:

A pesar de no ser capaz de pasar tempo con mi hermano, que es como un mejor amigo, tendria algo tiempo para mi misma para relajarme y mimarme.

...I don't really understand what you're trying to say. What I read that you're saying here is:

Even though I am not capable of spending time with my brothe, that is (que es) like a best friend, I would have some time for myself to relax and pamper myself.

See the problem? The second part of the sentence somehow doesn't quite follow the premise of the first part...

each sentence is gramatically correct (although together , it makes no sense at all ) except mais vous n'avez jamais venu hier - in french the verb venir take etre auxiliary not avoir in the passe compose . it should be "mais vous n'etes jamais venu hier" - marineroloco, Jan 27, 2012

Not to sidestep your question, but....

....con mi hemano, quien es...since the comma is there it is all right to use quien rather than que.

To conjugate the verb (be it in subjunctive or indicative mood) rather than use the infinitive, would it not have to be... A pesar de que....?
