Is there a good translation for "deja vu"?
The dictionary give "ya visto" but hmm, that's not really close. Ya visto comes off more as a modifier and deja vu as a noun. Any thoughts? Wondering if since "deja vu" is foreign to English--is it used "as is" in any of the Spanish speaking world?

We use "deja vu" as in english to refer this experience. I´m a native spanish speaker.
I've heard "deja vu" in Spanish too.
..sentía como ya hubiera vivido..
That's the best I can do for you.
First off, déjà vu is French ("déjà vu (?de?????vu) n. Psychology . The illusion of having already experienced something actually being experienced for the first time.") - hence it's a borrowed term, use as is.
