Welcome to the forum. I didn't know what it was in English, let alone Spanish. I agree with Jeremias. You'd call it "el log-rolling", and then you'd have to explain what it was and why it was a sport.

LOL! I think log-rolling would be an unknown sport in Central and South America, and probably in Spain as well, so maybe the word would be:
el log-rolling!
