whole grain is integrales.

Flakes of oats (rolled oats) (flattened cereal for eating with milk) is copos de avena.

Don't know what you mean by fine. Finely ground?

If you can't find the vocabulary here you can also try this site:

I hope some native speakers answer. Try cogumela if you want to contact someone.

Fina I take it to mean "the best" una fina harina, not only finely ground... - chileno, Jan 25, 2012

""Oat flakes" on cereal boxes in Mexico are called "hojuelas de avena".

If you do a web search "imagenes de hojeulas de avena" you will see several photos of different types of oat flakes, and if you click on the one that looks closest to what you have in mind you might get more details regarding specific terminology.

I hope this has helped.

Granos de avena, allanados.

Please await further answers, this may just buy you rolled oats for the horses.
