How can I enter an ¿ and ¡ in the Flashcards?

I have started doing the Flashcards, and keep missing those flashcards that require that I enter an initial upside ? (¿) and upside down ! (¡). The Flashcard sets that I have gone through only have the symbols á é ó ú ü ñ available but not ¿ nor ¡. So any answer that requires ¿ or ¡, I continue to miss those questions and get the answers wrong because I do not type in the ¿ or ¡. Can this be corrected?

In the reference section, under tech support, there are a couple of different articles on how to get your computer to type the Spanish symbols. Here's a link to one of them. ¿ ¡
