Help translating a lease renewal for a friend?
Tenants of _ _ _ _,
Your lease ends on July 31st. If you wish to resign your contract for another year August 1st 2012 to July 30th 2013 please resign the attached contact with 4 signatures by 1/30/12. If not interested in resigning please return unsigned contract as soon as possible.

hahah well, I didn't write the English, I directly copied and pasted the letter my friend sent me, so please forgive him any English errors.
As for the ganas/interés/intención issue, someone (a native from Spain) told me:
"es correcto como lo has puesto 'si no tienen interés en renovar.' Sería erróneo si pusieras "no tener ganas no es nada aplicable a este contexto"
Still not sure, but the meaning should be clear enough regardless, I hope.
It looks good and is understandable. I would suggest conjugating devolver in the conditional where it appears after 2013 with minor changes
por favor devolverían el contrato nuevamente firmado con las cuarto firmas....
In the last sentence instead of tuvieran I would use quisieran.
But i'm not fluent so take these only as suggestions.
I'm not a native, so wait for more answers... but I think 'no tengan ganas' is better to express intention. I believe that 'interés' in Spanish is more closely related to interest/curiosity, interest/concern.
Now that I think of it, why not just use
tener la intención.
That might be even better.
By the way, for the English, you should write re-sign, not resign. Re-sign means sign again, but resign means relinquish, which is the opposite of what you mean to say.
