Hello, if you are going to visit us in Spain, you can simply say (they will understand you better):

"Por favor, ¿puede hacerme una foto?" (usted)

or

"Por favor, ¿puedes hacerme una foto?" (if you speak to a young person)

or

"Por favor, ¿nos puede hacer una foto?/¿nos puedes hacer una foto?" (if you are two or more people).

You can say

Por favor ¿puede/s sacarme una foto, aquí?

o

Por favor ¿puedes hacerme una foto, aquí?

Some corrections made to take into account helpful comments made by Cogumela and Cordobesa: 1 the placement of the direct object pronoun me onto the end of the verb sacar and hacer 2. The introduction of an alternative commonly used verb: hacer 3 The removal of de mi which is incorrect. I will not be making these mistakes again lol 4 The change of position of por favor which is better at the beginning.

A number of different verb constructions are used to mean to take a photo which include sacar una foto (fotografía) hacer una foto, echar una foto

You should/need to use interrogation marks at the beginning and the end of a question but the ¿ is always inverted at the start of a sentence in Spanish!

Hi, madridstar!

"Una foto de mí" is not proper Spanish. The accepted answer is not correct.

We'd say "¿puede hacerme una foto?" or "¿puede sacarme una foto?" as cordobesa's pointed out.
