Encontre esta instruccion en un texto que presenta tendencias que estan "in" y otras que estan "out" en el mundo de los negocios. La primera es esta por las que les pregunto. Gracias de nuevo.

Okay I'll take a shot at it.
Passing off material as content. = Using anything (regardless of relavance) to fill something. Content being of value and material being of no value.
Se engaña con materiales sin valor.
I look forward to other interpretations.
