I give you this poem, by Andrew Marwell, (1600something,) which carries on for quite a wile and contains the well known and often quoted lines
But at my back I always hear

I won't offer a translation, because the day I can translate this, one of my absolute favourite poems in the English language, I will no longer need to be a member of this website.

"Time" is a word that is so often confused in Spanish, well, at least for me. So much I won't even attempt to use it in my Spanish sentence. "Time" es una palabra que es tantas veces confundido en español, bueno, por lo menos para mi. Tan mucho que no voy intentar hacerlo en mi frase de español.
