Hi and welcome to the forum! 
As Sonrisa has explained, your name will remain the same in Spanish. There are some names that do translate:
Joseph= Jose
James = Santiago
Michael= Miguel
However, your name is not one that translates. It is a very beautiful name though. I hope you enjoy the forum. Take a look at all that is available here. You will not be disappointed.

It would be Makayla (the same). Since it's a proper noun, it wouldn't change.
Me llamo Makayla -- My name is Makayla
