You are a real estate agent who has been asked to hold an open house on a home that is for sale. You expect many people to visit this home, and you want to give the best presentation possible. Write the description of the home that you will give at the open house.

Este chalet es muy apto para los afeccíonados aficionados del esquí y de la naturaleza. Tiene su propria pista para patinar y se vende con los derechos para la pesca y la caza de foca. Solo necesita muy pocas reparacíones para ser estar listo para vivir. Tiene agua de pozo, pero no hay luz de la red. ¡Una ganga!, se vende urgentemente, a precio muy razonable.

This villa is very suitable for skiing enthusiasts and nature lovers. It has its own skating rink and the fishing and seal hunting rights are included. It needs a few minor repairs in order to be ready to live in. There is water from a well but mains electricity is not connected. A real bargain! The sale is urgent and the price very reasonable.

Okay, I succumbed to all the suggestions to avoid "much" here. I still prefer "much" but I recognize that "a lot of" is probably preferred by most speakers.

Hay un sótano que puede ser usado para almacenamiento también. El patio es muy grande, también, y tiene espacio mucho para niños jugar mucho espacio para que los niños jueguen.

This house is very large and is wonderful for a large family. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a garage. There is a basement that can be used as storage too. The yard is very large, also, and has a lot of space for children to play.

I couldn't find a word for yard and the dictionary said that "el jardín" could be translated as "garden" or as "yard." Is that correct or is there a better word?
