How do you say "Confess!"

What is one general word for "Confess!" (?) (As though you're trying to get someone to admit to something they did)..specifically geared toward a female. (Like in 'Confess your age'...but just with the single word, "Confess!" used.)

Confesar, admitir are two verbs you could use. You should check the translator for single word questions and then post here for clarification.

For a one word statement I would use the imperative form of the verbs.
