To Spanish Dict: type "suele" into the SD dictionary ; it's conjugation takes you to "solar", but not "soler", which is far more common (fyi)

Mistake?? The search engine isn't always as stupid as we think that it is. Sometimes it is the question that we put to it. Check out the present tense of the subjunctive for the verb solar.

Before you object, yes, our dictionary is incorrect, solar is not a verb, but it commonly conjugates words that end in ar, er, or ir as verbs. But don't blame the search engine. It only find what there, not what is correct. I stand corrected. There is a context of solar which is a verb and is conjugated in the RAE. (and suele is one of its conjugations)

The search engine puts no priority on which verb is more commonly used: solar or soler. And I can't think of an easy way that they could tell it not to stop searching with the 1st verb it encounters. If you did, you would get several hits from the same verb since 1st and 3rd person, singular forms are identical in several tenses and moods. My advice is to use the infinitive form to search for verbs and not a conjugated form.
