¿En qué puedo servirles? Can I help you(singular o plural)?
In my book, it says it means Can I help you,singular, I think it's plural, cuz it's les. Am I right?

Yes. Maybe your book is saying singular for "puedo?" But yes, le would be serving one person and les more than one.

Yes... that is talking about serving, or helping, more than one person. It would be "servirle" to mean "you" singular and formally... or "servirte" to mean "you" singular and informally.
