Hola med, en este foro hay estudiantes, debemos usar ortografía correcta, gracias. 
a) How many beds are there in the house?
Esta es la pregunta correcta, en la próxima pregunta, debes tú mismo elegir una.

The answer is definitely a, but you would not use the word "amount" when describing or asking about the number of beds. - lorenzo9, Jan 18, 2012
