Could you proofread this? Gracias Amigo!!
Could you please give corrections to this text? I would be very grarefull! ![]()
If you think there is a more natural way to say it or you have some suggestions, they are welcomed!! THANKS!!
Dear Ian
I just write you to know a little more about the Summer Language Course that Ive read in the brochure you sent me. I am really interested in travel to England to do a course with these features because I think is might be very satisfactory to improve my English skills and to have a good time as well! But before confirming I would like to clarify some doubts.
First of all, Id like to know how many students there will be per class. Ive been student for many years and my experience says that too many persons in a same class is not the best for a correct learning . Besides, What is the average age of the class? I think this is a very important point, because, as you can imagine, I would like to get friends and to spend time out of classroom with them. I also appreciate it if you explain me the details of the sport program. I love basketball and it was funny if I could join to a team to play in my leisure time. Regarding the teachers, I've listened that in some summer courses the teachers haven't a good qualification to teach so I would be thankful if you could send me information about theirs names and their knowledge.
On the other hand, I was looking up information on the Net about the town and the local facilities but the information is very limited, do you have any direction where I can know more about this?
To end, I need to know something more about the families who will receive us. Are they kindly people? and of course.... is there an internet conection?. To me this requeriment is necessary because I am really addicted to a website called SpanishDict and I can't miss to write the sentence of the Word of the day. ![]()
Let me know your answer as soon as possible because I have other budgets on the table and I would like to choose one earlier.
Yours sinceresly

Dear Ian,
I'm writing to you with hopes that you could tell me a little more about the Summer Language Course that I read in the brochure you sent me. I would really like to travel to England to do a course with these features because I think it might be very helpful to improve my English skills and to have a good time as well! But before confirming, I would like you to clarify some doubts I have.
First of all, I would like to know how many students there will be in each class. Ive been a student for many years and I've seen in my experience that too many people in the same class is not the best for a correct learning process.
Furthermore, What is the average age of the class? I think this is a very important point because, as you can imagine, I would like to get friends and to spend time out of the classroom with them.I would also appreciate it if you could explain to me the details of the sport program. I love basketball and it would be nice if I could join to a team to play with in my spare time.
Regarding the teachers, I've heard that in some summer courses the teachers haven't a good qualification so I would be thankful if you could send me information about theirs names and their qualifications.
In addition, I was looking up information on the Internet about the town and the local facilities but the information is very limited; can you direct me to where I can get more information about this.
To end with, I would like to know more about the families who will receive us. Are they kind people? And of course.... is there internet connection? To me this is necessary because I am really addicted to a website called SpanishDict and I can't miss to write a sentence for the Word of the day.
Let me know your answer as soon as possible because I have other offers on the table and I would like to choose one soon. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
My go at it, with more extensive changes to make it more natural (but keep in mind that I am an American and I suspect you are writing to someone in England):
Dear Ian:
I am writing to you to learn a little more about the Summer Language Course that Ive read about in the brochure you sent me. I am really interested in traveling to England to do a course with these features because I think it might be very useful for improving my English skills and for having a good time as well! But before confirming I would like to clarify some doubts.
First of all, Id like to know how many students there will be per class. Ive been a student for many years and my experience says that too many people in the same class is not the best for optimum learning . Also, what is the average age of the class? I think this is a very important point, because, as you can imagine, I would like to make friends and spend time out of classroom with them. I also would appreciate it if you could explain to me the details of the sports program. I love basketball and it would be fun if I could join a team to play on in my leisure time. Regarding the teachers, I've heard that in some summer courses the teachers arent as qualified to teach, so I would be grateful if you could send me information about theirs names and their qualifications.
Additionally, I tried looking up information on the Internet about the town and the local facilities, but the information is very limited; do you have any suggestions as to where I can learn more?
Finally, I need to know something more about the families who will receive us. Are they kindly people? And of course.... is there an Internet connection? To me this is a necessity because I am really addicted to a website called SpanishDict and I can't miss writing a sentence each day for the Word of the Day.
Let me know your answer as soon as possible because I have other offers on the table and I would like to choose one soon.
Yours sincerely,

As another request, I was looking up information on the Net about the town and the local facilities but the information is very limited, can you direct me to a site where I can learn more about this? Finally, I need to know more about the families who will host us. I presume they are congenial but more detailed information would be welcome. And of course.... is there an internet conection?. To me this requirement is essential because I am really addicted to a website called SpanishDict and I don't want to miss writing the sentence of the Word of the day. Please respond as soon as possible because I have other financial considerations on the table and I would like to choose one quickly. Yours sincerely or Sincerely yours
