Hacer po encargo?

íHola amigos!
I need a little help with a sentence in Spanish, it seems to be an insult of some sort, but I don't quite understand:
"Tu no eres mas tonto por? que no te hicieron por encargo!"
My (wild) guess would be "You are so stupid it's like they ordered a custom made idiot", is it even close?

Ok, so as chileno said, the translation would be "You are not more stupid because you weren't custom made", or in other words "You could only be more stupid if you were custom made"

Yes, it is an insult. I thing you are right. Something similar, a bit more common in Spain: "No eres más tonto porque no te entrenas"
