How many beds are there in the house? ¿Cuántas hay...? ¿Hay cuántas..? Spanish is more flexible with word order than English.
There are (hay) xxx beds in the house. That word order would be used for making a declarative statement.
There are xxx beds in the house? is a less used word order for making a question, but correct grammatically. It is used more to confirm a fact that you believe to be true.
¿Hay xxx camas en la casa? ¿verdad?
