I have seen a lot of questions and answers from this forum, but I really want to know if there's any video lesson about it from this website... If you know, can u please write the course and the lesson number? If not, any link from youtube would be fine as well.

I'm not sure if Paralee has an entire video on it since it's a fairly simple concept.
Here's the reference article. It's very helpful. When you are done with it, feel free to take the quiz to make sure you've aced the topic!
