What does "sopas flautas" mean?

I saw this in the window of a Mexican restaurant

"Sopas" are soups, and "flautas" are flour tortillas that are rolled around a filling (e.g., chicken) and fried in oil. Technically, flautas are a lot like taquitos, except for the type of tortillas used to make them. I think the restaurant sign means they offer these separate foods, and it should have included a comma or something between these words to indicate they are two different kinds of food. I have never heard of "sopas flautas" as a food unto itself, though I suppose it is possible the restaurant cooks have created a unique dish.

I'm glad you competent people answered this, I had a ghastly image of a soup with floating dumplings, made of marshmallows....I've never even been to the Americas, LOL!
