Some Infinitive Questions

Question

I have a few questions about infinitives. First question: I'm not exactly sure how to word this one, so I'll just show you.

Can you ever at any time do this:

Hice a Bob a sacar la basura. Which I intend to mean, (I made Bob (to) take out the trash.)

Or must it always be like this:

Hice que Bob sacó la basura. (I made that Bob took out the trash.)

Question number two: when would I follow a noun with a 'de' or a 'que' after it?

for example:

No hay nada que hacer. (There's nothing to do.)

Es tiempo de salir. (It's time to leave)

does following it with a 'que' give more of a meaning of 'that somebody can do'?

which is, the first sentences would be more like: There's nothing that somebody can do.

And the second sentences is more like: It's leaving time.

So is that how things are? I know that this is a bunch, and the chances of somebody not understand it them are high, so if it's confusing, please let me know.

First Q: both are wrong

Hice que Bob sacara la basura.

Second Q: (two things)

Es tiempo de salir = it is time to go out

It is time to leave = Es tiempo de irse.

Get it?
