Use of "se" or "me"
Hi,
I encounter some dificulties with use of reflexive form, more exactly of se or me.
For instance I do not exactly know when I have to say murió or se murió, or se fue or me fui.
Can somebody help me?

You have asked a question that can get quite involved 
; in fact, in our local university one of the graduate level courses that used to be offered dealt exclusively with that topic
I will try to answer your two specific examples.
"Morir" is "to die" whereas "morirse" is "to pass on", "to meet one's Maker", etc. Putting the reflexive on it is to make it softer. You will frequently hear "Se me murió mi..." whhich would be translated as "I have lost my ...."; it sounds less abrupt than "My....died."
"Ir" is "to go", frequently used with a destination, and "irse" is "to go away" ot "to leave". For example. you will hear "Ya me voy" meaning "I'm leaving now." On the other hand, "Voy a la tienda ahorita" would mean "I'm going to the store now".
Sometimes you will see reflexives used in Spanish where we might use an preposition in English: caer - to fall...caerse - to fall down. poner - to put...ponerse - to put on, etc.
Sometimes reflexives are used to indicate the passive voice. For example: Oye - he hears...Se oye - it is heard. Dice - he says...Se dice - it is said.

Good question. Here is my understanding.
- Morir = to die. Non reflexive, so to die in a manner that is not of your own hand or body. Murder, Accident,
- Morirse -= to die. Reflexive, so to die of disease, old age, suicide(?)
- Morirse = is also used a lot in expressions. I am dying of thirst, hunger, shame, embarrassment, jelousy, etc.
I am assuming that the verb is Ir not Ser
- Ir = to go
- Fui = I went
Fue = he/she/ud went
Irse - to leave
- Me fui = I left
- Se fue = he/she/ud left
