Formal command: sentarse

Can anybody explain the principle of formal commands of sentarse?

From the lecture, it changed below.

Sentarse--->Me siento------>Siéntese

Can anybody explain this process in detail?

Now, with regards to your question, please read the following. It would take a lot of work for someone to explain what has been written thousands of times before! By the way I have no idea what the "process" of Sentarse--->Me siento------>Siéntese would be, but any article about the imperative mood will tell you how to construct it, when to use it, and what form to use.
