Natives: what's the "feeling" behind hay que here?
They are in extreme danger, a military leader says to his troops after taking stock of the situation:
Bien muchachos. Hay que moverse.
Ok guys, Let's MOVE. But really, there must be some kind of feeling behind hay que, it's not - one should move - it's like . we gotta move it. So what's that real deal Holyfield on this one? Thanks guys.

I think you are correct. I think it's more akin to the saying "we gotta get a move on", but I don't have any proof. I'd love to hear a native speakers confirmation.
I'd say it is the impersonal. Kind of like anyone or everyone has to move it.
Yes, we've gotta move. ![]()
