Mas Adelante vs. Mas Tarde

Question

What is the difference (if any) between the 2? I have searched the boards and the internet and haven't found anything concrete... Can someone help me? Thanks in advance

Más adelante:

-'¿Sabe dónde puedo encontrar un supermercado cerca? En esta misma calle, más adelante' (espacio).

Más tarde:

-'¿Vamos al cine? Vale, pero más tarde. (luego, en el mismo día).

-¿Pensáis tener hijos? Sí, pero más adelante. (no en el mismo día, puede ser años después).

My first impression would be that más adelante to be used both spacially as well as with time, while más tarde only concerns time.

Ah, the dictionary confirms my thoughts:

más adelante -> later (on); (en el tiempo) further on (en el espacio)

I think más adelante is correct but más tarde is used a lot as well.

You: Vamos al cine. Me: Bueno pero más adelante. You: ¿A las tres? Me: No, más tarde.
