Welcome to the forum. No, (C) wouldn't fit. Juegas is the 2nd person familiar conjugation - you play. The sentence is "My friends and I _____", so you need the 1st person plural conjugation - we play.
Actually, that sentence sounds odd to me with any of those, though I would say (A) fits best. Conmigo seems out of place.

There is a mistake in the sentence. You could say 'Mis amigos juegan al béisbol conmigo' or 'Mis amigos y yo jugamos al béisbol'.

Right, conmigo makes no sense whatsoever in any language. My friends and I play baseball with me? No way!
How about,
Mis amigos y yo jugamos al béisbol juntos. That would make sense.
