I don't know the best or most accurate literal translation of "I picked up that girl in the bar last night." but I would say... Anoche ella salío del bar conmigo.

Picked up like "bullied" or like "gathering things?"

• Like bullied: Intimidado, but we don't use that expression. We say something like, "Se está metiendo conmigo" or "Me está molestando" even, "Me la está montando"

• Like gathering = Recogidas, alzadas.
