Tenemos que prepararnos para la leccîon

Reflexive...the object and the subject of the verb are the same.

Tenemos que preparar nuestros apuntes de clase para la lección.

transitive...object is different than subject.

Tenemos que estar preparado para la lección.

¿Dónde te preparas?

¿Dónde preparaste? would be read as the preterite, indicative tense... not as a reflexive form. The pronoun is not attached to conjugated verbs unless it is a command.

By the way, Spanish uses the acute accent mark (dónde), not the grave one (dònde).

The 3rd one is just incorrect.
