What does "veneho" mean?

I heard it being used (and it was definitely veneho and not veneno or whatever) and I don't know what it means. In the context, it seems to be derogatory.

Sounds like they were saying a word that sounds similar and starts with "pe" and ends with "ejo." It is rude/offensive, yes, and I won't teach it to you : P

Veneho is not a Spanish word. However, some people go by the name "Venejo".
