Welcome to the forum, usually we ask you to post your attempt first because we're not here to do your homework 
But seeing as you're new around here I'll give you one freebie! Next time post your attempt and we'll be happy to correct it and/or offer more suggestions:
Los Pasatiempos ~ Hobbies
The formatting hasn't come out very well but you have the English, the Spanish and then the verb you use to describe doing it (sometimes it's jugar- to play, hacer - to do etc) and if there's another verb that's another way to describe doing the activity you just need to conjugate it to say who's doing it. Hope that makes sense!
