Why the 0 rep point?

I am just wondering why do I get 0 rep point for questions I have answered? I just count 11 "0 rep" Any ideas?

Hey Farallon, you can only earn so many points a day, after that you just get 0 points until the next 24 hour period begins

farallon7, Kiwi_Girl is right, you can only earn 200 points in a 24 hour period.
If you look at your profile, you will see your points for the last 24 hours, and your is, guess what? 200 :~)
