Como se dice 'wanderlust' en español? Or what expression would express the same idea?

I have a crazy combo of wanderlust and obsessive Spanish learning right now. I just want to pack my bags and buy a ticket to anywhere in South America.

I rather like " Viajero" or "Aventurero" because it is my own nature.

Otra posibilidad es "ansias de conocer el mundo."

WordRef suggests

ganas de conocer el mundo, which is basically the same as that suggested by Tuscantory.

Soy vagabundo. No puedo detenerme pensando en viajando por todos partes.

I am a vagabond. I can't stop myself from thinking about travelling all over the place.

If it is more than thinking about then change the pensando for something more active like andando.

"I am a vagabond. I can't stop myself from thinking about travelling all over the place." Expresses so well what I'm feeling. Thanks. - Ada-S, Jan 10, 2012

Could I use it like this? And thanks everyone. It's interesting to see the different expressions and I'm learning new vocabulary by 'deciphering' them.

Quiero ir de vagabund. Tengo gamas de conocer el mundo

Wait, Tengo gamas isn't right is it? Would I just say 'Gano de conocer....' - Ada-S, Jan 10, 2012
