I already know how to say that.

Which of these is correct?

Ya sé diga eso...subjunctive

Ya sé decir...infinitive

Ya sé digo...indicative

Ya lo sé diga

I think you only use the infinitve when it is a noun?

We have a bit of a situation in your sentences.

You are definitely going to be using the infinitive. You know why? Because you are saying to say.

Also, we'd need some time of relative pronoun in order to use the subjunctive. What you have in your sentences...

Ya sé digo

Ya sé diga eso

Ya lo sé diga

...isn't correct since we have two conjugated verbs right next to each other.

Here's what I'd say:

Ya sé cómo decir eso
