Cuando te quiero y todas tus encantas. When I want you and all your charms. So encanta translates as charm in the above context.

Do you mean the verb to charm as in the expression:''He can charm the birds off the trees'' or the noun a ''charm'' meaning a talisman i.e.: something used to ward off evil?
