I'm back to this site. In fact, I never really left. I just haven't been active. What language CD's are worth buying? Or, is there a site like this one I can use as supplement to may Spanish learning experience?

I agree with Sonrisa about the Practice Makes Perfect books, but if we are talking about cd's for learning the language then I really like the Michel Thomas collection. If you are talking about just audio in general for developing your listening skills, then there are many many free links on the internet.

Try Veinte Mundos. I learnt about it here , (thanks to Pesta) and it has a lot of listening material. It's free. LOL

There's a lot of stuff out there. Just gets a little costly if you get into it.

Why look for another when you are on the world's #1 Spanish-learning website? wink

Nice to see you around again, Clay! Welcome back to SpanishDict.

Of course, there's always the Rosetta Stone CDs and Pimsleur Method CDs, but those can get pricey.

You should watch Paralee's videos right here at SpanishDict and use books and workbooks as supplements.

Here are my favorites:

Book 1

Book 2

Book 3

Book 4

The entire Practice Makes Perfect collection is phenomenal. My mom uses these books for her Spanish learning, but I secretly "borrow" them, too. smile
